Changed Sessions
Please be aware of the following changes to the normal weekly session:
2012
January
20th - we will be at Cardiff for the IPC powerlifting Championships
February
24th - this session is not certain yet and there is a chance it will be cancelled but we will try and inform everyone the weeks leading up to as we will be returning from the last competition in which people can qualify for London 2012.
There are no other planned cancellations
