Suffolk Spartans is a powerlifting club which began in early 2007.  The club is unique in that it is aimed at anyone who wishes to participate in powerlifting irrespective of age or ability.  We are just as keen to welcome those who wish to try a new sport and we will support the outcomes you personally wish to achieve.  The ability to compete in regional competitions can be arranged for those who wish to achieve results recognised by others within the sport but this is not required. 

To see what is involved at competitions you can see the 'Spartans in Action' with a series of video clips of various regional, national and international competitions.  As well as the Roll of Honour which covers awards and titles held by members of the club.

A small charge is made by the sports centre to those that attend instead of charging the club a hire or storage fee.  This is changed by the Sports Centre at times and so you should contact them directly for an up to date price.
